ANNUAL PICNIC

SUAFers tried a new picnic venue this year at the San Dieguito Park near Rancho Santa Fe (excellent suggestion, Miriam!).
The Park is beautiful, with tall trees that provide the much-needed shade during the hot summer month of July. There were plenty of tables, benches, and even grills, which we sure used to grill fish, hotdogs, and steak.
There was plenty of food and great company. Again thanks to our Socials Committee and its indefatigable chair, Priscilla Madrid. After everyone was satiated, we had a brief meeting in which our Prez Laarni presided over, and long fun chats afterward.
Though we missed some of our members, the picnic was generally well-attended.
